This is also one of the famous cuisine in Negeri Sembilan , As i already told you guys that im from Negeri Sembilan , so i wanted to tell to all of you about rendang maman which is quite popular in Negeri Sembilan . Gulai maman or rendang maman nie is famous among the people of Negeri Sembilan. Next to the East and North Coast, maman is made of oranges. Mantis or mint is the most abundant in Negeri Sembilan, especially Gemencheh. Not everyone is good at cooking because if the cooks are bad it's bitter. Cook it like cooking chilli fat chilli but all the more. Sweetened more, sliced more. Anything cooked can be mixed. Can mix dry meat, chicken and the simplest mix of anchovies.

 

Rendang Maman found primarily in Kuala Pilah and Gemencheh (where  it is served during hari raya ) in negeri sembilan . The ingredients usually consist of daun maman , chilies , turmeric , chiken or beef and coconut milk .

  THIS IS SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE RENDANG MAMAN

Ingredients:
1kg of meat / village chickens / ducks / 10 quails /
2kg of vegetable vegetables
2 kg coconut milk / 6 coconuts (need a lot of coconut milk)
Chilli api rm1.50 / follow spicy
8/10 pieces of tart slices
2 salt to taste.
