Hye you all!!!!!!!😆My name is NOOR FAZREEN HARMIRA BINTI IDRIS,you all can call me YEN!!!!I'm still at MARANG,Kuala Terengganu.I want to share about famous food at Terengganu.
When you heard of Terengganu what you comes to you mind?I'm pretty sure,there is only one things in your mind ,the most famous local food which is KEROPOK LEKOR.Well ,i have choose three types of Terengganu traditional food to share there are KEROPOK LEKOR , NASI DAGANG and SATAR.


KEROPOK LEKOR LOSONG

First, i want  introduce you the famous local food , Keropok Lekor.Some call them fish sausages or fish sticks but in Terengganu they are called "keropok".It is the specialty from Terengganu.It is the snacks instead of a proper meal and something is served as the snacks before meal.For you information there are three types of keropok.For keropok lekor you can eat it in two ways,it can be eaten either when it is steamed or deep fried,both give different taste.But i would like to share reciples about Keropok Lekor.First, are made from fish meat from ikan parang or ikan kembong and a combination of salt and dought or known as sago flour.This mixture will be hand rolled into sausage shape and immediately cooked in deep fried or boiled.
Numerous keropok stalls are to be found on the side of the highway that passes throught coastal  communities.Keropok is easily found elsewhere in Kuala Terengganu,from the stalls besides the road to restaurant or market.If you wish to bring  home some,go to the Central Market for dried  keropok or fresh in Losong  who is famous with largest Museum in Malaysia and  its keropok .Kak Yah's stall is the most popular at Losong, prof of that is Kak Yah magnificents house located next to her stall.If you come to Terengganu ,you may try come to this stall.

hello guys, i'm back. today i want to discuss about famous stall at johor bharu "kari kambing 40 hari" Kanjo to Kari Kambing 40 Hari pehhhh, the name of the stall so recikss you all 😏 hahaha. There must be a lot of questions asked, why the name of the restaurant is "Kari Kambing 40 Hari". hehehehe, I do not know why the store's name is Kari Kambing 40 Hari 😂 hahaha If you all want to know why the store name like that, you all must go ask the store owner.  Kari Kambing in Talam Kari Kambing is the main menu at this store. The extra menu is Nasi Arab Kari Kambing, Nasi Ayam Mandy. Kari Kambing it does not disappoint. RENDANG MAMAN   This is also one of the famous cuisine in Negeri Sembilan , As i already told you guys that im from Negeri Sembilan , so i wanted to tell to all of you about rendang maman which is quite popular in Negeri Sembilan . Gulai maman or rendang maman nie is famous among the people of Negeri Sembilan. Next to the East and North Coast, maman is made of oranges. Mantis or mint is the most abundant in Negeri Sembilan, especially Gemencheh. Not everyone is good at cooking because if the cooks are bad it's bitter. Cook it like cooking chilli fat chilli but all the more. Sweetened more, sliced more. Anything cooked can be mixed. Can mix dry meat, chicken and the simplest mix of anchovies.   Rendang Maman found primarily in Kuala Pilah and Gemencheh (where  it is served during hari raya ) in negeri sembilan .
