'Ikan Pekasam' before fried


'Ikan Pekasam is very well-known in Kedah.Eventhough,. the smell is bad but after you frying  the fish it will became a good aroma and I think you  eating finger licking ..😂The smell of this dishes are little bit stink because the fish has been marinade with rice who has been fried with no oil.After a week ,you can get the 'pekasam 'to fried 


 This is real 'ikan pekasam' after fried.The suitable time for you enjoy this dishes is when rice hot and eat with a one family...I'm very sure that your rice cooker will be clean😂
