Nasi Dagang has been one of the breakfast choices in Kelantan.

The Kelantan version of the Nasi Dagang is not the same as the Terengganu version. Not only does it look like the same but the way to prepare it is also different. Kelantan's Nasi Dagang is easier and simple to prepare it.

The Kelantanese variety uses a type of rice locally called 'beras nasi dagang', which is a type of wild rice that has a light purple colour and a little glutinous.

Main ingredients ;
Rice with cooked in coconut milk served with Malay fish, chicken and prawn Curry.
