ABOUT NASI DAGANG





I want to talk about NASI DAGANG Kampung Atas Tol at TERENGGANU. First ,the nasi dagang is really good. Locals line up here for the creamy rice and fish curry.  it is a well-known breakfast food in the states on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia and also popular in southern Thai provinces of Pattani. The most famous Nasi Dagang of Terengganu comes from kampung Atas Tol, an area within the Kuala Terengganu. Next, I want to share about receipi NASI DAGANG:



For Nasi Dagang 500g: ‘beras dagang’(a mixture of wild rice that has a light purple coour and a litte      
                                          Glutinous rice)washed and rinsed.
600ml                            : water
100ml                            : coconut milk
 1inch                             :ginger,sliced
For Kari Ikan Tongkol : oil, mix herbs ,onion blended, fresh chili blender ,3 tablespoons coriander
                                         Powder, fennal powder , chili powder, mackerel, tuna/ikan tongkol,cleaned
                                         And guts removed, rinsed lady’s finger /okra ,2 tomato,cut into wedges ,30g
                                         Tamarind ,400ml water, nestle,natural set, yogurt, 1tablespoon MAGGI Cukup
                                          Rasa
For Acar Jelatah        : carrot cut, 200g cucumber, 300g pineapple cut into small, 2red chilies
                                       1red onion, ½ white vinegar,1/4 cup water, 1tablespoon sugar, 1tablespoon
                                       Sesame seed.
