' Kuih Dangai' Dangai is one of the traditional cuisine in Kedah .The main ingredients to make 'Dangai' is pure  coconut .'Dangai' only had in night market in Kedah.I'm suggest for those who like coconut very much.For your information ,even it look thick but it was so crispy but  inside it,it taste like pure coconut. Ikan Pekasam

'Ikan Pekasam' before fried 'Ikan Pekasam is very well-known in Kedah.Eventhough,. the smell is bad but after you frying  the fish it will became a good aroma and I think you  eating finger licking ..😂The smell of this dishes are little bit stink because the fish has been marinade with rice who has been fried with no oil.After a week ,you can get the 'pekasam 'to fried   This is real 'ikan pekasam' after fried.The suitable time for you enjoy this dishes is when rice hot and eat with a one family...I'm very sure that your rice cooker will be clean😂 Written by:Zuelaika

'Laksa Beras' Did you know what is this picture😄...That is  'laksa beras'.This is another food famous in  Kedah .This 'laksa beras' taste different from another 'laksa' because it taste more to pure rice beside that it fluffy. 'Apom lenggang' Hye everyone!!!Today I want continue about intersting food only had in Kedah.This is traditional food and  we call it 'apom lenggang'.Do you know this 'apom lenggang' just like pancake in the Malay cuisine but the different in this food is very thin.If you want to try it you can taste when eat hot that is suitable time for  you taste it. Serunding Kelate

Serunding Beef serunding or beef floss is a Kelantan specialty. In the Malay language called sambal daging.  Serunding comes from the State of Kelantan Darul Naim and is traditionally cultivated in Kampung Laut, Tumpat. Now Kampung Laut is the largest serunding making center in Malaysia. Kampung Laut Serunding is a made with spices and cooked to dry, something greasy (especially meat) for durable.  Among the most common is the Serunding of meat, chicken, fish, prawns and anchovy (ikan bilis). Lompat Tikam It is made of rice flour and coconut milk. Lompat tikam has two layers, The flour layer is usually green on the bottom and the white layer of white coconut is on the top. This part is tasteless because it is eaten with " air nisan " and " gula kabung " Lompat Tikam Kelantan is more special because it has a red glutinous addiction as a highlight it to be extraordinary and different it from others. Akok Kelate

Akok  Akok is one of the famous traditional food in Kelantan. It can be eaten as snack or as dessert. There are some types of Kuih Akok  which are usually oblong shaped, follow the mold "buah ulu" and "akok bunga" or recognized  "akok kemboja". " Akok Bunga / Kemboja " The taste is sweet. Normally "Akok Nisan" has dark color, while "Akok Daun Pandan" and "Akok Kemboja" colored pale green. "Akok berlauk" has shape edged texture. Nasi Dagang Nasi Dagang has been one of the breakfast choices in Kelantan. The Kelantan version of the Nasi Dagang is not the same as the Terengganu version. Not only does it look like the same but the way to prepare it is also different. Kelantan's Nasi Dagang is easier and simple to prepare it. The Kelantanese variety uses a type of rice locally called 'beras nasi dagang', which is a type of wild rice that has a light purple colour and a little glutinous. Dodol cair to become a massive crowdmafter many people who already feel good about it . Most people book this to give the gueast who are present during the wedding ceremony .
